• How to Cook ( Asian Style )
Stir Fried Squid with Vegetable
• Ingredients
•
100 gm squid clean
•
2 slice fresh root gingers, peel and chopped
•
1 tsp Sake
•
1 tsp corn flour
• 4 tsp Mix oil
•
2 chopped Spring Onion
•
100 g broccoli
•
Red capsicum... dice
•
Salt, pepper to taste
•
1/2 tsp sugar
•
12 tsp sesame oil
• Method
Cut the prepared squid into ring and thing slice place
in a bawl with ginger the sake and corn flour. Mixed
will and stand 20 minute mean while.
Heat the oil in a wok add the spring onion and remaining
ginger, broccoli, yellow capsicum, red capsicum, stir
then add salt and sugar.
Cook until the vegetable to be tender. Remove from the
cook with a salted spoon and drain.
Heat the remaining oil in the cook, add the squid and
stir fried for about 1 minute.
Prefer the vegetable to the cooks, add the sesame oil
and stir briefly serve hot.
Cooking time - 10 minutes.
